Use this rear cover to fit a 185mm W124 /W202*/W208*/R170* differential to your W201 190E
*W124 is easier as it has a 90mm pcd flange and ABS sensor, newer are 100mm pcd no ABS sensor and required a custom rear propshaft which i can be arranged (I can provide a 6speed 185mm diff propshaft at a reasonable cost if this is your build, see other listing)
